Breton Character House with Shared Pool

  • Independent Breton character house in a peaceful setting. This stone-built home is fully equipped for your comfort and features a private garden area with sun loungers and a barbecue.



    Located in a hamlet with three other holiday cottages, the house shares a covered, heated, and secure swimming pool, open from May 1st to October 1st.



    A games room is available for all guests.



    The house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with two single beds (90 cm, suitable for adults) and a convertible sofa. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (compact oven, no dishwasher), dining table, sofa, armchairs, and a large fireplace. Amenities include washing machine, dryer, barbecue, and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Please leave the house clean on departure.



    You can clean the house yourselves before leaving or book an end-of-stay cleaning service for an extra charge. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath.



    Free parking is available in front of the house. The cul-de-sac is safe for children to play in the large garden or ride bikes.
