"The breakfast was generous and delicious. We had no issues with parking, and the staff’s hospitality was truly excellent. However, there were a few downsides. During our three-night stay, housekeeping came only once, and the complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day. There was also a hot water issue in the shower the water was mostly lukewarm. Additionally, the bidet spray in the toilet was faulty and wouldn’t fully shut off. "The hotel Granbella located across the street of big shopping mall. They have a big parking lot, it means parking is not an issue. The staff speaks perfect English. The rooms nicely decorated , some of them have big terrace. The room was very clean, very comfortable beds and you have a choice of pillows. AC was working perfectly. Breakfast was great! Lots of vegetables, fruits, breads , all kind of cheeses, eggs. Lovely place to stay in Tekirdag. Will recommend this hotel."

"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes. "
