A free cot and high chair can be provided upon request. A fold-out sofa, 1.4 metres wide, suitable for 1 to 2 people as an additional sleeping option.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an extendable dining table with 6 chairs.

There are 2 bathrooms: one features a bathtub, a heated towel rack, a washing machine, etc., while the other has a shower, a heated towel rack, etc.

There are shared seating areas in the courtyard.

Bicycles can be securely parked in the enclosed entrance area or in the courtyard.

The apartment is located close to the city centre and offers ideal public transport access, as the tram stop is right in front of the building and the trip to the city centre takes only 8 minutes by tram.

Arriving by train: From the train station, take tram number 1 towards Europaplatz or tram number 5 towards Zoopark to the stop (Wendenstraße). The ride takes about 10 minutes.

Travelling by car: Free parking spots are available on the side streets (e.g., Wendenstraße, Hans-Sailer-Straße, etc.). On the high street, Magdeburger Allee, parking is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on Sundays.

You may park at the entrance to the building for loading and unloading.
