150m² private family home with garden view, close to the center for 6 guests

  • We do not rent a sterile holiday home, but our high quality furnished privately owned 150m ² home on Erfurter Nordpark (10min to center): 50m ² open plan luxury kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, 60 "TV, rich games for boys between 4-12 in 20m ² Galeriebereich, shopping and public transport are in the immediate vicinity, but hardly necessary, as you in about 10-15 minutes on foot in the city. A swimming pool is about 500m away, directly in the Nordpark, where also several playgrounds can be found.
    In the inner city one comes directly at the green band ... always at the Gera lang.
    Please do not bring pets!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Wir waren mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern in Erfurt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind super, die Küche ist top und in Erfurt ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Fürs Auto gibt es eine Tiefgarage.Also wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, Zentrumsnah

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt. Es wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Erfurt wieder buchen.

Ein perfektes Zuhause für einen Stadturlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren von dem Haus, welches normalerweise von dem Vermieter mit seiner Familie bewohnt und nur bei Abwesenheit vermietet wird, sehr angetan. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig und modern, alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt genügend Platz, welchen wir für ein Familientreffen mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Söhnen nutzen konnten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm . Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an der Gera und man ist mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt von Erfurt.Die Vermieter haben sich auch von unterwegs bei uns erkundigt und waren sehr bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Ein Haus allein in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das große Haus hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder waren mit den vielen Spielsachen beschäftigt. Auch der Fernseher mit der Auswahl an Programmen hat wiederum den Kindern gefallen. Die Wohnung war wirklich ein Unikat für uns und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub hier wirklich genießen können. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter für Kinder viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass man auch ohne Auto schnell in der Stadt ist. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

In der Unterkunft ist alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Weg zur Innenstadt ist nicht sehr weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hier ist es so als wenn man nach Hause kommt. Es ist ein echtes Familienhaus, in dem wir uns ein Wochenende lang richtig wohlgefühlt haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang bis Ende sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Objektes ist nahe der Gera. Zu Fuß gelangt man direkt am Flüsschen entlang bis in die Altstadt.
