The accommodation
This cottage with a very neat decoration is part of an old farmhouse completely renovated in a contemporary style.
Located in a small village with no way out, 7 km from Erezée and Manhay, 15 km from Durbuy and 11 km from the ski slopes of the Baraque de Fraiture. Adjoining the owner's house, the house is located a few steps from the forest in a region that will particularly delight lovers of outdoor activities and sports of all kinds (operating, kayaking, mountain biking, golf,...). House, ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. A mix of contemporary design and authentic atmosphere with its exposed stone walls, you will appreciate the very cosy lounge area with its wood cassette, the bedrooms which each have their own bathroom as well as the family suite ideal for a couple and 2 children. The place is very quiet and the region is ideal for lovers of nature, walks and gastronomic discoveries. In season, guests can enjoy the garden and the pondside chill-out area at the back of the owners' building.

Contract/information - Taxation: the income generated from the rental of the gîte is taxed at:
- 90% of the rent will be received as real estate income (i.e., the building and its contents, kitchen, bathrooms, ....).
- 10% will be as movable income (furniture, sofas, tables, chairs, beds, etc.).
