"Great staff, nice and clean room. Close to train station. Hotel is away from downtown Munich, so not a lot of choices for restaurants . Great showers, very quiet inside the hotel."
"Very friendly. The staff is excellent!!. The room is small but enough. It's very close to the U Station. We were there for Oktoberfest, and it was so easy to get there from the hotel - just one train, a 10-minute ride. They have parking included."

(The only thing i would change is the timers for the Spa. It is only half or full day tickets. When you in between you have to book a full day, even when half of the day is already gone. The hotel should offer, for example 2 or 3 hour tickets, and offer shampoo, shower gel, in the Spa area, because business people appreciate it, ... like in the US.)
