The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in Erdeven, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 70 m² and a 20 m² studio that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 200 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
A notre arrivée le 30 décembre l'évier cuisine était bouché, le plombier est venu mais en vain, la fosse septique était pleine. Le 31 au matin nouveau plombier avec un gros camion pour déboucher et vider la fosse ... joli début de séjour. Plus de gaz dans la cuisine et en plus les 2 autres bouteilles étaient vides. la Wifi ne fonctionne pas. La vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine ... tout est gras !! ......
