- Living/dining room with large bay windows and decorative fireplace (not usable).
- Open plan fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, cooker hood, 3 rings stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
- Bright veranda with its dining area, benefiting from large bay windows and opening onto the south-facing garden with all the garden furniture necessary to enjoy the sun (electric barbecue, deckchairs).
- Bedroom : 1 electric double bed, duvet, storage.
- Shower room with window.
- Separate WC.
- Double garage with laundry area (washing machine, additional fridge, freezer. Summer shower. Storage space for bicycles.

On the 1st floor :
- Large mezzanine with lounge area fitted out to meet up with family (sofa, armchairs, television, WiFi access, board games).
- Bedroom : 1 double bed, 2 single beds, duvets, storage.
- Bathroom with bath, WC and window. Hair dryer provided.
- Bedroom : 1 double bed, duvets, storage.

Very pleasant vacation house in a residential area - bright and perfectly equipped for large families. Near downtown and beaches. Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture.
Private parking for up to 4 cars.
Pets not allowed.

Fixed price for charges costs in extra 75€ /for week except from May 23rd to September 20th 2025.

Nos vacances ce sont bien passés. la maison tres bien Mais l intérieur de la maison laisse à desire..je n ai pas assez de place pour tout dire dommage de laissé une maison a l abandon. Le bémol beaucoup de chose vetus, des mauvaises odeurs de moisissures rideaux ne fonctionne pas ,aspirateur casser, la veranda fuit c est génial quand vous arrivés,
