At breakfast I got charged a loads just for a cup with hot water. Absolutely outrageous. Really disappointing and no kettle in room so if you wanted a hot drink it was 5 euros

The restaurant has a terrible service and the food was not good. I was overcharged at the restaurant please check your receipt. My daughter and I ordered 2 paninis and the quality was poor and they were burn on the button. I tried eating at the restaurant 2 times and in both ocasión we had a very poor experience.

the hotel and rooms are nice if you're not familiar with the area and have an early flight from Milan malpensa airport, there are few options and the taxi fare is approx 110 euros I booked the hotel to include all taxes and there was a further 10 euros to pay at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are nice, clean and spacious

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our room was massive with tons of space and decorated lovely. We were fortunate enough to also have a balcony. Staff were very lovely when checking us in and out with the process being very quick which is fab! The hotel is located right around the corner from Bruzzano Parco Nord train station and is a 10/15min walk to Comasina underground which is probably the quickest mode of transport into Milano (direct to the Duomo and Centrale). The only negative is the surrounding area of the hotel which wasn’t the best. Quite dirty and run down but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Would not put me off staying here again and if I do visit Milan I would look to book Hotel Da Vinci before any other as the value for money is definitely there.

This hotel was extremely wonderful. The service was expedient and gracious. The food from breakfast to dinner was extraordinary and it was very close to transportation. I didn’t have to spend an arm and leg to travel around Milan.

Cleaning staff neglected to re-supply TP and we went out and bought our own. Also there were noisy clients on the floor above us every night, but if nobody complained perhaps they did not know.

loved the atmosphere inside the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very spacious and clean and even felt a little luxurious in my opinion. Restaurant on ground floor was great and reasonably priced. Hotel is in a relatively tough location - decently far from the city center. Pretty easy to catch a cab but price adds up quickly.

We have just finished our stay at Hotel Da Vinci. The hotel is adequate, that is all. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything, even the elevator moving. The air con didn't work. Needs modernising in places. Needs bringing upto date. We ate in the restaurant on our last night, food was ok, expensive for what you get. €6 for a 200ml beer. Location. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Next to the hotel is a deralict Hotel Da Vinci, absolute eyesore, and the first impression of the area. Photo attached. Train Station is close to the hotel, which is useful. We tried a couple of restaurants in the area and would recommend the Steakhouse which is around a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

I don't think we'll consider returning to this hotel. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The location was not very good, and nothing was really nearby. Minor things like a microwave in the room or in a publicly accessible side were not available. And they were totally unwilling to help with reheating leftovers from our meal earlier in the day to feed our babies. That wouldn't have been a big deal and we might not have even eaten outside the hotel except they were unfriendly and not very accommodating (not to mention the food was overpriced) in the hotel restaurant. Other than the bugs in the room, it was mostly a clean place to stay though. And our room was comfortable enough. That said, it won't be one we consider coming back to next time we're in Milan.

Better than initial expectation!
Well, on 1st appearance we thought we had booked into the Bates Motel! It’s a massive hotel set in a residential area of high rise flats. We arrived at midnight, and were greeted by a security guy and some pretty seedy looking men outside however we we went inside the lobby area was vast and modern with the tunes booming! We were checked in quickly and after moving our van to the open car park at the back of the hotel headed to our rooms not knowing what to expect. The rooms were fabulous- really spacious, comfortable and modern with subtle lighting, lots of wall sockets and a great bathroom. You definitely need a car to stay here as it’s about a 30min drive from Milan city centre. We didn’t use the restaurant. The exterior would be SO much more inviting with some lighting, it looked dark and uninviting at nighttime.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The parking made life easy for us on our last night in Italy with a flight out of Linate the next morning. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean! What more could you ask for?! Thanks for a nice stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Good but could do with a few extra tweaks
Hotel was great, good location close to train station for access to Milan Centre and Malpensa airport, however no iron or many amenities in the room such as basic tea and coffee making. Huge beds but only two small pillows wasn't great but the bed was so comfy we didn't really notice, walk in shower was good but could have done with a bigger head to cover the whole shower. We did have a few loud groups of people staying near us which did keep us up one of the nights but is expected on the weekend, potentially could do with a vending machine for snacks as there are no local shops or supermarkets.

I was expecting a quality service at the check in I didn't receive any type of information about the facilities. They gave me a room I didnt book and it looked completely different than the picturez I saw and sheets were dirty. Not worth the price at all is just the name and the huge remodeled building that lack from presentation and service.
