"Clean and good location"

"Had challenges getting into the building in the evening as the instructions were difficult to get into the building itself. Out of hours support outside of the building wasn't clear until we got into the block. It also wasn't clear you can park the car in the car park and go up in the lift with your digital room key. The biggest issue was when we got into the room the air conditioning wasn't effective and was too hot to stay in. Things to note: We visited during a heatwave, so the place maybe fine in winter. Residents in the block confirmed the excessive temperature was the norm however. The information on connecting to the WiFi was also incorrect and there was no information or help guide in the rooms (something id highly recommend once the temperature of the rooms and communal areas is rectified). Once these issues are sorted the apartment is furnished to a very nice standard."

"Great hotel loverly staff"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance to the train station, grocery stores and a discount store. Make sure to walk to Rheinfelden, Switzerland, which is a very nice, underrated town. The breakfast at Hotel Danner was among the best of our 3-week European escapade. The staff at the front desk was excellent, especially the young man whose name I wish I remembered. He gave us very good advice about Basel. I definitely want to go back to Hotel Danner."

"Great staff great place"

"Very accessible by public transit, great for short term stays. No kitchen so it is more like hotel than a service apartment. "

"The hotel has no reception personnel. To enter the building from the garage, or the main entrance, you need to have a 4 digit code that should be included in the booking confirmation - this code did not come with the confirmation from expedia. The telephone at the keypad from the garage had its cord ripped out of the wall, so it was not usuable to gain entry. Once inside, you had to check-in at a terminal that required the booking code. The expedia booking code did not work. All personal information entered at time of booking had to be re-entered in order to prepare a key. Check-out at the terminal did not function. Aside from all of these difficulties, the room was ok. very basic, but comfortable bed, and good functioning shower."

"This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime AFTER we found the room. The pillows were far too soft - they did not support my head. And the coffee machine in the lobby did not work. However, I would stay there again - Great location and amenities."

"Best & comfortable "
