- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The cottage is ideally located in Éppe-Sauvage, in the forest, for a peaceful holiday in a pleasant natural environment. Situated in the heart of the Val-Joly tourist resort, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, ...

- Centre Aquatica du Val-Joly less than 400 m away (swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, sauna, etc.).
- Water-based activities around the Val-Joly lake: paddle, kayak, pedalo, etc.
