Welcome to the Miley House Guest Suite, a charming and comfortable retreat located in the heart of historic Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The guest suite is situated in the lower level of our home, providing you with a private and peaceful space to relax and recharge during your travels.

The guest suite features a cozy and inviting bedroom with a queen-size bed, dressed in plush linens and an abundance of soft pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. The mattress is designed for ultimate comfort, providing the perfect balance of support and cushioning to soothe your body and lull you into a peaceful slumber. The attached private bathroom boasts a modern tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, providing a luxurious and refreshing experience. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, and you'll appreciate the convenience of having it attached to the bedroom, providing you with a private and comfortable space to get ready for the day or unwind after a long day of exploring.

In addition to the comfortable bedroom and bathroom, the guest suite includes a small kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing light meals and snacks during your stay. You'll also have access to a covered patio with Adirondack chairs, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania weather.

Other Things to Note:
Miley House Guest Suite is located in the lower level of our home that was built in 1940. The suite was recently updated, but also contains much of the original aesthetic to make it feel authentic to the time period. The suite is locked and inaccessible to the rest of the house, but we do live upstairs so you may hear us from time to time. Of course, we try to keep noise to a minimum for our guests. If you need any help during your stay, feel free to reach out!

It is a nice set up in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, not far from Main Street. Parking was provided in the driveway and communication by email was provided. We did not need anything extra or have any questions as we were only there 2 nights. We would stay again.

This spot had a lot of character, with a beautiful fireplace and a more modern shower. The space was clean, and everything was thought out, from the coffee station to the water in the fridge.

Best Private Suite!

The stone, private entrance and room were done so beautifully. Had everything we needed along with old and new incorporated into such a lovely little spot. The attention to details everywhere were the best. Easy check in and check out with great communication. Hope to visit again. If you are looking for something unique with beautiful architecture and attention to detail this is it.

I received a personalized email from the property owner after I booked the house. The communication was excellent and very detailed. The house was recently renovated, but it still kept some of the original architecture (It was very nicely done & decorated tastefully). If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay at the Miley house. It's reasonably priced and very intimate.

We were disappointed that the fireplace was not able to be used for our stay. We booked specifically for the fire place for purposes of our reunion. We could have used a few more towels. 2 for 2 night stay was not suffecient. Smoke detector not functioning. We had a spectacular time!

ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

This was a great little room for a one night stay for our anniversary! We had issues with the keypad when trying to unlock the door and owner never responded to messages I sent which was odd since we had been communicating prior to check in. Luckily the keypad reset and after 20 minutes we were able to get in. The room was very clean and cozy. I was surprised there was no coffee as there was sugar and creamer and a Keurig in the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Excellent property and managers. Room was neat and presentable, pictures were accurate. It is an attached guest suite, but we had no problems with noise. Property managers were kind and efficient in their communications, and accommodating of my late arrival without issue. Driveway was hard to spot at night when I arrived (didn't want to pull into the wrong driveway at 1am...), but the email instructions explained what to look for in enough detail that I found it fairly quickly after re-reading. Nice, quiet, cozy, secure place. Would recommend.

Miley House- A lovely guest suite!

This is a beautiful little guest suite in a beautiful area! It is such a warm and cozy atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. It has a private entrance and a convenient place to park your car. Thank you Devin and Rebekah for such a pleasurable experience in your lovely guest suite!
