Designed for families and small groups, this beautifully updated home comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms and refreshed interior. Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard complete with yard games, including cornhole and giant Jenga, plus a patio with seating for six.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Getting Around:

Just 0.8 miles from downtown Ephraim, Cottage on the Hill offers easy access to the village's shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. Please note that the route includes a fairly steep hill, so while the distance is walkable, many guests find driving or biking to be more comfortable-especially on the return trip to the house as you will be walking uphill on the return.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
