At Village Shallon you will feel at home, with rustic accommodation, air-conditioned dormitories and a fantastic pool to enjoy with family and friends, you will be 100m from the beach, 10m from the river that runs to the bottom of the condo, and you can enjoy contact with nature. Porto de Sauípe is the ideal place for those looking for leisure with tranquility, wonderful beaches, access to Foz do Rio, where you can take kayak tours and enjoy a wonderful sunset.

Near the Porto de Sauipe region there are other beaches that are just a few minutes drive away, such as Imbassay and Praia do Forte, in addition to Santo Antonio Beach, a little explored region, very clean beach and at low tide they form natural pools wonderful. Going north there is the beach of Massarandupió, Subaúma and Baixio where there is the blue lagoon, an unmissable walk.

Village Excelente Vale cada centavo!!!
A casa é perfeita para descansar e esquecer dos problemas, dispõe de todos os itens de conforto básicos modernos, wiff boa, sky, ar, chuveiros quentes, (TODOS os itens de cozinha/banheiro), muito bem arrumada, limpa e aconchegante. O condomínio é organizado, piscina boa, salão de jogos bom, Estacionamento bom, gramado bom, e é excelente para quem tem pets. Os vizinhos do condomínios são quase todos da mesma família. As belezas naturais são insuperáveis onde o encontro do Rio com o oceano é a melhor parte do local. O ponto baixo é a Vila da Cidade que é bem rustica e pouco conservada pela adm pública, um absurdo pelo potencial turístico do local. Todavia, vale super a pena para quem gosta de sossego. Esquecer dos problemas, stress do dia a dia, e só relaxar.
