In the heart of the geological reserve of Haute-Provence, independent stone house; fully renovated, in the village with wooden terrace and small private garden.

IN DETAIL :
At the heart of the village, independent stone house completely renovated 85 m² on two levels, classified three ears in gite France and four star furnished tourism. It consists of the following parts:

On the ground floor :
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with wood burning stove.
- A cellar.
1st floor:
- A large living room with sofa bed, Hi-fi, TV and DVD player.
- A room with a bed of 140.
- A room with two beds of 90.
- A shower room.
- An independent WC.

The cottage has the following comfort:
- A beautiful private wooden terrace.
- A small private garden.
- Communal parking at 80m approximately.

Pets accepted after agreement of the owner.
Electric heating in mid-season or winter is to be paid in addition.
