Overall a very nice hotel. There was an odor or musty smell as we entered the lobby. The carpet seemed in need of deep cleaning. The room was clean and properly air conditioned. Bathroom was in good condition. Drink machine did not accept paper money that was presented. No ketchup or salsa on breakfast buffet.

Tina was an absolute delight to talk to—she truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay, especially when visiting family in this more remote area of Alabama. Its location was perfect—conveniently central to our relatives’ homes as well as nearby shopping. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was always fresh, delicious, and served in a spotless, comfortable dining area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and convenient place to stay.

The staff is amazing! Our room was clean, safe, and much better than our previous stays at the other local hotel. Breakfast was delicious. We will never stay at another Opp hotel.
