"Literally seems like no one works there. We stayed two nights and no one at the bar the whole trip and I can’t even figure out if we were checked out properly because no one was there to check us out. Have been calling and no response. Pretty terrible experience."

"Can’t say enough about all of the staff we encountered. We were eons early for check in as we caught a red eye then drove in from San Juan. They accommodated us in every way possible until our room was ready. Beach pool restaurant towels. Very pleasurable stay"
