45 north of Savonlinna. Lake Saimaa/Enonvesi 20 m, shallow water, firm sandy gravel bottom. Own boat, fairly good fishing.

Log cabin 1982, renovated 1999, living room/kitchen with 2 extra beds, 2 bedroom with 2 beds in each, foyer, open veranda. Shower in the cabin.

Wood-heated lakeside sauna with dressing room, built in 2017, distance from the cottage 10 m. In sauna electric light, underfloor heating, water must be carried from the lake and warmed in sauna stove.

Erhebliche technische Mängel im Ferienhaus

leider wurde der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus Iltaniemi durch erhebliche Mängel stark beeinträchtigt. 1. Unvollständige Reinigung 2. Deckenleuchte im Toilettenraum defekt 3.Toilettenspülung defekt 4.Totalausfall der Wasserversorgung des Ferienhauses zweimal. 5. Leiter am Badesteg nur noch halbseitig befestigt, unsicherer, kein gefahrloser Einstieg

Komfortabler wunderschöner Rückzugsort

Iltaniemi erfüllt alle Ansprüche, die man an einen total abgeschiedenen, stillen Ort mitten im finnischen Wald am einsamen Seeufer haben mag. Das Haus ist behaglich eingerichtet, typisch für finnische Sommerhäuser, hat sehr bequeme Betten, Cheminee, riesige Veranda mit Liegestühlen, fantastischen sonnenbeschienenen Steg mit Boot, holzbeheizte Sauna im Nebenhaus, aber auch dank Strom einen Luxus wie Geschirrspüler und Badezimmer im Haus. Bäume, Blaubeeren überall, und totale Stille. Genial!

Sommerurlaub in der natur

Gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus, Saunahütte nebst Teepavillion/Sommerküche plus Boot am Steg boten viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Im Wald haben wir Beeren und Pilze gesammelt.
