I had some paper work i needed to print out and they had a business center with a printer-Great! Wasn't working, found out the printer was out of ink. Ask girl at the front about it and she was excited we found out what was wrong as she had things she needed to print. They didn't have any in the back office. Offered to go to a local store to get some. When we get back she tells us the manager won't reimburse us. ??? Needless to say I printed what I needed and removed the ink cartridge. Very disappointing in manager's customer service skills.
