"We had a wonderful stay at this rustic and charming mountain-side cabin. The views were stunning, and the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The beds were super cozy, and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend!"
This was a great place to stay for our fishing trip. It’s convenient to several spots on the Madison and about 20 minute drive to Ennis. The house is very nice, the kitchen is fully equipped and the views from the front porch are wonderful.
Home was absolutely amazing and the views of the Montana mountain ranges that surround this property were unforgettable and unbeatable. It truly felt like a home and not a rental property. The host was super informative and attentive gave a lot of great information about the surrounding area there were horses that live on site and wildlife that would migrate through the property. The view from the front porch will be etched forever in my mind.
Great location for fishing, hiking, and sightseeing away from the buzz of Yellowstone. The cabin has everything you need including spices and other cooking and cleaning supplies. Thanks for a great stay. Woke up one morning to 17 pronghorn.
Very cool cabin with great accommodations. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever experienced as far as rentals go. By no means fault of the owner, but our only regret was the distance to the rivers we typically fish every year on these trips. Nonetheless scenery was beautiful on the longer drives so truly no complaints.
The house is beautiful, decorated great, good set up very clean and comfortable. Gary is a fantastic and gracious host. Extremely caring owner. You can have a better on site contact then Sam. She is more than welling to help with issues and make sure you have all you need! Highly recommend this property!
The views are absolutely breathtaking. The perfect Montana getaway. Relaxing setting. Watching the sunrise is a Must! Antelopes in the yard each day. Gary was a great host. He provided a list of things on the area to do. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and Gary had a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us! We had an absolutely wonderful time in a beautiful place!
Where do I begin? This cabin is a decorator's dream. Amazing, entertaining, unbelievably stocked with everything you could possibly need! Comfy beds and the best soaking tub in the master bath. The view is just out of this world. We had an awesome thunderstorm one evening complete with a double rainbow all enjoyed from the huge porch with the mountain range in full view. Don't hesitate on this rental the pictures just can't capture the beauty. We all wished we had more time here and did not want to leave. Sam and Gary are perfect hosts.
Clean, beautifully decorated, and well provisioned cabin which served as home base for a week of fly fishing. Spectacular mountain views and plentiful wildlife to watch while enjoying a morning coffee. Gary and Sam were great hosts. A very enjoyable stay!
Snow-capped mountains, pronghorns, so quiet -- this was the perfect spot for our family to stay and explore the surrounding area. We really enjoyed the cabin and appreciated the personal touches. Thank you!
Beautiful place. Beautiful cozy cabin. The town of Ennis is a beautiful town. Virginia City is close by. West Yellowstone is at your fingertips. Overall wonderful place!!!!
Lovely stay. Well appointed house. Comfortable beds. Many items left in the kitchen as others had left what they didn't use (things we forgot!) We did the same. There were games and strong wifi. It was so nice, quiet, and peaceful. It was out of town and always a breeze or wind blowing. Good location for going to the west entrance of Yellowstone. We met Sam and she was really nice.
The mountain views on the property were beyond our expectations. The cabin had everything we needed and more (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotions). We wanted a cabin that gave us a mountain view and was not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We saw antelope ( pronghorn) all around us. They come through the back of the property regularly. Gary was very attentive and informative. If I had a question, he responded within a few minutes. It was a wonderful experience for our first stay in Montana.
The apartment was excellent for our family for one night. Everything on the listing was accurate, and the location was great. Parking was about a five minute walk. Communication was good. The only thing that was a bit surprising was the stairwell leading to the apartment. We arrived at night, and the entry was a bit creepy and dangerous. It was difficult to find lighting. There were some exposed wires and some confusion between the lights and other apartment's doorbells, but we finally figured out the lights. They did turn off by the time we made it up to the top floor so we used our phone flashlights for the remainder of the climb. The key was a bit tricky as well, but overall, made a good story for our family. It was just unexpected.
