Do not use the fireplace. Use of fireplace forfeits deposit and acknowledges responsibilty for full cleaning of entire home and loss of use damages.
No parties, no weddings, no tents, no campers, no trailers. Don't even ask! Any extra guests over 12 will incur fee of $200 per night per person.
