"Gratefull Studio is a great option over the more expensive hotels in the area. Great communication with the host throughout. Only factor that didn’t bring it 5 stars was the noise from the upstairs apartment. To no fault of the renters there we just couldn’t get any rest. The host tried to mitigate the factor to the best of his ability. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location close to campus and downtown. Checking in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Kevin's prompt communication and flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The only downside was the home is located next to 19th street which can be quite loud when the windows are open. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is the perfect place to get away from the daily noise in our lives. The property was immaculate! Everything you could possibly need was provided. I loved the 'quiet.' It was lovely seeing birds and deer on the beautifully manicured lawn. Would definitely stay here again!"
