"Once I got the passcode and went inside I was pleasantly surprised to even find coffee and condiments. Lots of towels, no soaps, the unit water, hot and cold, we're backwards in the bathroom but everywhere else works just fine. The place was very clean very simple but it could have used a bigger table and chairs. Another surprise was they even had a barbecue grill out back and there was charcoal and lighter fluid, nice touch. The only minor nitpick were all the dead bugs in the windows because I was able to open the windows and have fresh air and listen to the stream but the window sills were full of dead bugs"

"Kudos to the staff here. From the check in clerk Sabrina even the Housekeeper and the ladies that worked very hard to serve breakfast. Everything and everyone was friendly, they spoke and smiled. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had dare I say ever. The bathrooms were spotless, pool area not nasty very clean. The staff made sure no area in the breakfast area looked messed over. The smell in the entire building smelled clean. The beds were spotless and truly felt clean not just soiled washed of that makes sense. We came from out of town never even been to Athens and we are strongly considering coming back and staying here in particular."

"Didn’t seem like a very safe environment. Quite a few live in families. Which is great that they have a place to stay, but not an environment I would want to have my wife and/or family stay with. You get what you pay for. Just not sure how it had an 8.2 rating. "
