About this property

HOT TUB & trailer/boat parking for up to 25 ft. with overnight docking allowed.

  • Visualize it this way, you can drop your boat in across the street at the public boat ramp, and store your trailer behind the property and dock your boat steps from our place with a seawall. Guests have use of the entire use of the south side of the building with a hot tub on the private back deck overlooking the canal.

    Just grab your cooler and sunscreen and head out for a day on the water.

    If you have additional family members check out Nautical Nook next door. It has a shared door/wall with Mariner's Landing with a dead bolt lock (which my mom and I are the only key holders), featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room, kitchenette and dining room.

    It’s super convenient to drop in and go!
