We arrived too very cold, unexpected weather. The first night the temp was down to 54 degrees in the house. I called Sergio the next morning and he was quick to order wall heater for the living room. We already had space heaters in each bedroom so after that we were comfortable. The house was clean and nicely decorated. All of the beds were comfortable which is always a plus. Because we were there for 6 weeks, we did go to a garage sale and purchase some additional dishes. The location was perfect. The walk to town is only a mile and it is a good place to grab a coffee and read. There are always activities close by and the beach is the real draw.It is in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were quick to reply. I would definitely go back again.
