Newly remodeled private pool home with large hot tub in quiet neighborhood minutes from beach, parks, golf and shopping. 1918 square feet. Master bedroom has king size bed with large walk-in closet, private bath and plenty of dressers for all your clothes, bedroom 2 has queen size bed with large closet, bedroom 3 has full size bed with large closet. All bedrooms have tvâs, high speed internet and new plush carpet. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. New top of the line front load washer and dryer in utility room. Large living room and sun room with 50â tv that leads to beautiful Lanai with massaging hot tub. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our 15â x 30â pool. . Lanai has screen to block out no see um and mosquitoes so you can have an enjoyable evening in comfort. Walmart is less than 1 mile away along with several restaurants and stores. Boca grande beach and englewood beaches only minutes away. There are 6 motion sensor outside security lights and security cameras at every door for your added safety. For those of you with young children we also have child alarm on pool door. See the difference between a rental and a home.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay, and more.
It was spotless, very comfortable and felt like home.
The location was close to family and friends. The home owners were reachable at all times and very kind and considerate in all of our interactions.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Englewood
First impression, the home was larger than it appeared in the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything you can possibly need from corn on the cob holders, spices, to flat iron and hair dryer. There was plenty of space for our group of 5.
Morning and evening hot tubs were absolutely wonderful.
Sue was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We are already planning on coming back next year!
