  • Newly remodeled private pool home with large hot tub in quiet neighborhood minutes from beach, parks, golf and shopping. 1918 square feet. Master bedroom has king size bed with large walk-in closet, private bath and plenty of dressers for all your clothes, bedroom 2 has queen size bed with large closet, bedroom 3 has full size bed with large closet. All bedrooms have tv’s, high speed internet and new plush carpet. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. New top of the line front load washer and dryer in utility room. Large living room and sun room with 50” tv that leads to beautiful Lanai with massaging hot tub. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our 15’ x 30’ pool. . Lanai has screen to block out no see um and mosquitoes so you can have an enjoyable evening in comfort. Walmart is less than 1 mile away along with several restaurants and stores. Boca grande beach and englewood beaches only minutes away. There are 6 motion sensor outside security lights and security cameras at every door for your added safety. For those of you with young children we also have child alarm on pool door. See the difference between a rental and a home.
