Doesn’t feel safe

I’m honestly disappointed. Nowhere in the description did it say we would be sharing a bathroom with 4 other rooms, that was unfortunate since I like doing my makeup and hair and unpacking my stuff. I’m a 19 year old female, and my door didn’t shut. I did not feel safe, one time the cleaning lady opened the door while I was sleeping in the morning and it slammed into the lock (similar to a chain lock, like what hotels have). Each door has a code, but it doesn’t lock from the inside sometimes because the automated lock is iffy, so we had to rely on the horseshoe lock that left a 1 inch gap when the door was open. I have a video of the door not closing, but it won’t let me add a video. Basically, when you push the door closed it comes right back out mo matter how hard you push it. The iffy auto-lock was annoying for when leaving the house too, because it only locks half the time so anyone could just go into your room.
