This luxurious villa, built on a very private 3/4 acre lot, sits well back from the road. Mature oak and palm trees line the driveway to this beautiful villa which is a mile from Manasota beach and five minutes drive to major stores and restaurants. Free wireless internet.

The large pool area offers complete privacy and overlooks a small pond and bird preserve. Palm trees to the rear add a special feature. At construction the upgrades throughout to create a luxury standard which is immediately noticeable with faux painted columns and other feature areas. The master and guest suites have king beds.

What a beautiful home. Clean and full of additional items to use at the beach. Loved that it was just down the road from the beautiful Manasota Bearch, kids loved looking for shark teeth. Was able to use the pool which was at 86 degrees. Pleanty of room for the 7 of us. Owner was responsive with all emals and texts. Would strongly recommend this vacation home.

Massive manasota beach house !

Overall this is a wonderful home to relax in with plenty of space ! The description and photos are accurate. The host was very friendly and helpful. Big reflective House numbers on the mailbox would be helpful as arrived in the evening and had a hard time making sure we arrived at the correct home as it is set back from the road. The beach chairs umbrellas and other beach equipment that was provided made the trip to the beach very enjoyable. The heated pool was great !

Manasota getaway

My wife and I made our yearly return to the Manasota area with our five kids and son-in-law. The house was the perfect central location for traveling between Venice and Englewood. We managed to hit sunsets at five beaches. It’s hard to beat the sunsets at Venice Beach. Manasota Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Be sure to check out Pop’s Sunset Grill at sunset. With the heat, we spent most of our time in the pool. The space was perfect for 8 people to be able to come together or spread out for privacy.

Very satisfied with our stay. There was a small issue with the pool turning green, but Gareth was very responsive and got it resolved in less than 24 hrs. This is your typical short term rental with not the highest quality beds or furnishings, but it was well stocked with everything we needed. The very short drive to the beach was a big plus.
