Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular, panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening relaxing on your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street and serves lunch and dinner.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking up a few steps. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.

Our condo sleeps 2 and has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars.

Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. There is a 2 person max allowed to stay at the condo. We do not allow additional guests, either overnight or at the beach.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation

This property was the perfect beachfront location for our vacation. It has everything you need to set up housekeeping, with a spacious gulf side balcony upon which to relax between beach walks. The owner provided complete information so that arrival and leaving were easy.

SOOO Relaxing!!

The place is just as it looks in photos. Private beach access with a 15 second walk. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We will definitely go back!

Great Chill Out Stay

This was a very nice older, two-story condo, with an outstanding deck that was only about 40 yards from the water’s edge. Quiet beach. It really gets dark at night, none of the ambient light from big condo complexes (none of thise on Englewood). A number of nice restaurants and beach bars were only 2-3 minute drive or a short walk. Beachcomber was greatatmosphere and good “bar food”. Farlow’s was a 10 minute drive but outstanding seafood. Publix, Starbucks, and Walmart are only a 7-10 minute drive. Nokomis Beach, which is wonderful and open, was only a 30 minute drive. Perfect couples condo.

Absolutely love staying at this beach front condo. We are repeat renters and love the location, private porch, well stocked rental and visually appealing interior and size. A few items could be updated for a more comfortable stay.

Great property at a great location, perfect size for the two of us. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying to views. And having a private beach was nice too. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. We would love to come back again!

Amazing Stay

Stayed a week with my girlfriend, couldn’t have asked for more. The location and property were both amazing. Located right on the beach with your own private beach access. Everything looked exactly like the photos online. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxing stay!

This condo is on the older side and needs a little attention, but the privacy and location (steps from the beach) make up for it. Manager Rikke is super to work with and it was super clean...so it gets 5 stars from me!! Hope to stay again.......

Paradise

This was our first time staying in this place. It was amazing!! The perfect location, perfect combination of beach (sun) and patio (shade), the front opend up to the patio so we had tons of fresh air. We walked to several different restaurants every night and went to Stump Pass and Middle Beach too. And of course the sunsets were fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.

Life’s a beach!

We had a wonderful time! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. Very comfortable, very quiet and very relaxing. Coffee on the porch in the morning, watching the sun rise over the Gulf was the best way to begin our day! It was a wonderful experience!

We loved this condo and its proximity to the gorgeous beach! So quiet and private! The owner provided everything that was needed. I would recommend updating the beach umbrella but other than that everything was wonderful!

Little Slice of Paradise

My wife and I have vacationed in Florida for over 20 years and nothing compares to the experience we had at this property. The condo is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has many updates. The porch is spectacular. the view stunning, and communication with the owner flawless. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this property and owner a 12.
