The place itself was very nice - clean, tidy, and well-kept. It had the potential to be a 5-star stay. However, the main issue was the AC, which was blowing warm air. While the owner was responsive and sent someone out the next day, I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I can't see how that was the case. I ended up spending several sleepless sweaty nights until a friend brought over a fan, which helped a bit. I continued to voice my concerns, and on the last night, the owner did kindly offer a stay at his second property, which I appreciated and which is why I still give it 4 stars, though I didn’t end up taking him up on it as I was just ready to get out and go home. My biggest frustration was being told there was no issue when it was very clear there was. Even my friend who brought the fan immediately noticed the problem upon arriving.
