The location is unbeatable, with Stump Pass nearby. There are plenty of amazing local attractions to explore as well, including Parasail Englewood, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Indian Mound Park, Cedar Point Environmental Park, Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park, Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, and Venice Performing Arts Center.
In addition to a prime canal-front location, you are also granted access to a private deeded beach access just steps away, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a year-round heated outdoor pool (which is the best pool on the island), and ample boat docks for boats 22' and under only. You can also watch manatees from the shared laundry room while you take care of your clothes
When it's finally time to relax, you can retreat to your comfortable and beautifully appointed condo. Discover a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen and then retreat to the inviting living room, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services.
