We are open and fully functioning after Ian.
Our tranquil, three-bedroom, two bath beautifully renovated home is in a quiet neighborhood and just 15 min leisure bike ride from Dearborn Ave., with great coffee shops ( be sure to check out Joe Max), entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants tailored to every taste and need, live music, and more. With 2 pristine sand beaches (favored by people and turtles alike) within a 5-minute drive from our front door, 15 minutes from Venice shopping and 1 hour from St. Pete's night life you will fall in love with our area just like we did.
For those who are looking for flawless skin and better joint mobility, you have to visit the Warm mineral springs just 11 miles away in North Port.
Our home has been recently renovated and decorated in a nautical style with a little bit of Modern Eastern European flare. Fully equipped kitchen is awaiting for your food preference and choice of Keurig cups.
The master bedroom has a brand-new King bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and dresser ready to provide the comforts of home. The first Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, mirrored sliding doors covering a huge closet, and a fan to keep you cool even on the hottest nights. The second Guest bedroom has two twin beds (with tempur pedic mattress to support the backs of the growing ones), closet, and another remote controlled fan.
Both the living room and the den are equipped with smart TVs ready for your preferred app.
Since we have a family member with severe allergies, please, NO SMOKING or Vaping inside and NO pets allowed on premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, loss of all security deposits and an additional $250 fee for cleaning will be assessed.
Before check-in, we ask our Guests to contact us so that we know they have arrived safely and can begin to enjoy their stay in Florida Gulf Coast.

Please adhere to the check in and out times to allow our housekeeper to clean and disinfect the rooms, bathrooms, doors, and surfaces according to the Center for Disease Control protocol. The towels and linens will be laundered and put away and another set of towels and linens will be used for each new guest. We assure you that we will do our best to provide you and those who come after you with the safest and most pleasant experience!

The host was absolutely amazing, the house was clean and we loved the cabinets with labels, whichMade it easy to locate items. Beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host was flexible and allowed us to do a late checkout! We will definitely stay here again!

This house was a real find, I think the best we have stayed at in our years of Venice visits. The host has thought of, and provided, everything to make a person feel like a personal guest of the house. It was more spacious than we expected, and the rooms are comfortable and super clean. It is conveniently located close to food, restaurants, and beaches. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it !

Great house - could sleep more if a bed was put in to the big extra room but we did not need it. House was clean and as described. Good location to the boat ramp. We would book again.

We rented for a family wedding in town. We had three adults and three kids. The house had ample beds that were comfy and felt relatively new. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would definitely rent again if we come back to town.

Hidden gem close to everything!

The house is located in a perfect spot to get to the beach quickly, and to all the other stores that you might need, including great restaurants! The house was well stocked with all the items you would need to cook meals! The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for the family! My family lives close by so this was perfect for them to come by and visit and to get to the beach in just a few minutes! Not to mention great restaurants like Farlows and Lock and Key! The host thought of everything with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand, toys, towels, etc. you literally just need to pull up and enjoy your time!

Excellent experience

Our stay at this property was excellent in every way. It was very well located for our trips to Braves Spring training games. The property was exactly as advertised. It is in a nice neighborhood and is located near many good restaurants. The home is spacious and relaxing. We highly recommend it!

Exactly as advertised, very clean, lots of room, located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from Manasota Key beaches. Great communication throughout the stay with the owner, will definitely return in the future.

Everything we needed

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I have a special diet and have to make most meals so this is important. The only complaint was the bottom sheet kept coming loose on the bed in the primary bedroom.:) It was clean and well taken care of. The location was easy to get to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the Manasota Beach house. The hosts stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was so well furnished, especially in the kitchen! She even had beach chairs, beach towels and a few beach toys for young children. The house is conveniently located near several beaches, restaurants and shopping. Plus being on a cul-de-sac ensured a quiet place to relax. I definitely would stay here again. We had various family members stay different nights with us since we were all in Englewood for a surprise birthday party, and all of the adults were impressed with the house as well. I highly recommend this rental and am grateful that it was available.

Perfect place

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and cozy property! It was everything we wanted and more! Location was great- beach and grocery stores all within 5 minutes! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys and cooler was already there which was a huge plus! Would definitely book here again!
