I reserved a King bed and got two doubles and was told "that's all we have". There was noise the whole night from the room above. At some point security was banging on one of the doors. Did not get a lot of sleep.

The staff were great and very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the Wifi never worked, and every time you turn on the TV you had to reset the channels.

I'd stayed at this motel several times in years past, when it was part of the Wyndham chain and although it's an older place it was always comfortable. It still has some of those advantages, and to their credit they were about the only local inn that wasn't gouging their price on the holiday weekend, but several things soured me on this place forever. The room needs a better cleaning. Rings were visible on surfaces and when I looked for an outlet behind the night table, the accumulation of dust & dirt there was considerable. The wifi in our 2nd floor room was so poor we just gave up, despite multiple networks--they were all weak & useless. The air conditioner would only stay on for a bout 10 minutes, leaving our room warm & uncomfortable. Windows could open, but had no screens. We went out and came back to find a large crawling bug on one of the turned down beds. I think it was a cockroach. I was able to kill it, then inspected both beds for others. Looking closely at the sheets I saw quite a few human hairs of different types from previous guests, left I assume by an ineffective laundering. We didn't see any other bugs--we were zipping & closing everything to avoid taking any home--but were uncomfortable and happy to check out...and we're not going back.

This is the most disgusting filthy hotel I've ever stayed at. It is a drug user / dealer location. The hall into the ice machine hasn't been cleaned for ever. Looked like a homeless bedroom near ice machine. Black mold all over in shower. Had to keep shoes on in room after stepping on sharp exposed nails on tile / carpet joint. Went to breakfast and there was fresh blood on floor in hall to dining room. Drug user looks to have leaked blood. Sure the woman behind desk could hook anyone up with illegal substances. Skipped breakfast after seeing the filthy dining room. Terrible. experience. Should never have spent money on non-refundable location. Don't stay here!

Could have been a lot better.
The toilet screeched every time it was flushed. People were stomping up and down the outside steps to the second level at all hours of the night. The air conditioning unit put out smelly air. There was a smoke detector (non-smoking room) that was hanging from the ceiling by wires. We could smell cigarette smoke from the next room, which was also supposed to be non-smoking. There was a good bit of stomping from the room above during the nights, anywhere from midnight to 3:00 in the morning. The "continental breakfast" consisted of very little. There was no creamer for the coffee, and only plain bagels, or small packaged honey buns or cookies.There was a tray that had nothing but crumbs every morning by 7:30. Not sure what it had earlier--starting at 7:00. They did provide an extra pillow, when asked. The refrigerator was not very cold. One morning I went out alone to walk across to get coffee, but there were several young people arguing loudly, using bad language and talking like there would be a fight. I did not feel safe and went back into the room.

The rooms are dated big time, in need of some major repairs, but the hed qas comfortable and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast ends at 10, if there even was one. Check in and out were smooth

The room was okay but the wifi was terrible. It never worked. It would work for a few minutes and go off. I told the desk about it , they said they would reset it, but it didn't work.

On a quite street close to restaurants & such Place looks nice in the outside Room needs to be updated wallpaper was falling off marks & such we're all over the place TV didn't work properly blinds needed to be replaced & bthrm hot water not so hot def not happy with this place I only stayed here cuz of my $$

I would also like to apologize for you not receiving hot water. As far as I know, we have not had hot water issues in quite some time. We wish your stay had been more comfortable. Your concerns about the wallpaper and the blinds will be immediately addressed. Most of the rooms have new drapes and blinds. The house keepers check t.v's and remotes on daily basis. Any issues can be fixed if conveyed to the staff. There is no dearth of strong hot water pressure in the rooms.

Bathroom was disgudting. Hair was on floor and tub/shower. Not enough towels. When I called desk to request more, they said the cleaning dept. left at 4pm; the towels were locked up & they didn't have the key! Iwas told the owners would be in 8AM the next day. The next day, toilet wouldn't flush & the "owner" said maintaince personnel werent there. He gave me a plunger to try to fix the problem! I asked for another room & he said he'd have to check. The place was nowhere near full! When he didn't call me back, I went to the office. The person who checked me in gave me another room. When I explained to him the events tht occurred the night before & that day, I told him wanted an adjustment to my credit card, He checked the price I paid ($50) and said that was the lowest he could go! That was unaceptable since the service was TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY IN ANOTHER KNIGHTS INN AGAIN! It is a poor reflection on Expedia that they are partnered with a sub-standard operation such as this! I welcome any further discussion from you regarding this poor experience

We come up for our daughter's wedding. We got 3 rooms. Check in was easy, quick, and the man at the desk was welcoming and friendly. All of the beds were comfortable. The WI-FI was slow, but free.. Our only issue was a TV remote that didn't work. I went to the office and was told to go find the house keeper, who was getting ice in a different building. I found her, and she was rude and abrupt, telling me I didn't know how to use the remote. I asked her to come to the room to show me how to use it, and when we got there she aimed it at the TV and declared it needed new batteries. She tossed it onto the bed and left the room, telling me to walk back to the office to ask for batteries. I had a cast on my foot, which was visible, and she still didn't offer to take care of it. We decided we didn't really care about the TV since we were there for only 2 nights, but she could have been kinder and offered to drop batteries off, or have someone from the office bring them over. Room service did come and clean 2 of the rooms, and we weren't given fresh towels, which was good for our preferences of not wasting resources.The third room wasn't cleaned because someone was still in it and they didn't come back after we left 15 minutes later. It would have been nice if there had been a sign to put on the door stating yes/no on requesting room service and towels. Overall the rooms were clean, the neighbors were quiet, and the stay was pleasant. I would stay there again.

Stayed two days. Location was perfict for the reason i was there. Was quite,some the people hanging around looked a little caggie. Parking lot could use a cleaning. too much junk lying around. Needed picked up. The buildings could use a few outside repairs to make it look more presentable.

There were sketchy people hanging outside of their rooms and making a bunch of noise. My room itself was supposed to be nonsmoking, but reeked of old stale smoke. The TV was on when i checked in, which was a bit unsettling.

Don't stay here!
The room had an odor, no blanket on the bed, only 3 flat as pancakes pillows on a king size bed, you could see daylight all around the door because it didn't fit properly, the toilet ran all the time and the sink faucet was so hard to turn on, everytime I needed to use it my husband had to use all his strength to pull it on! The price we paid ($124.00) was ridiculous! It was only worth maybe $30.00

The room was dirty. There were long hairs, not mine, on the sheets. While I was in the lobby, a guest came in and asked for help. One of the staff said he would help in five minutes, then watched a baseball game on TV for another five minutes before getting up. Bed was halfway comfortable. Questionable clientele.

We booked for family weekend at Binghamton U. Our room was very musty and smelled of stale smoke even though it was a smoke free room. The room was filthy! There were stains on the wallpaper that looked like something had dripped down from the ceiling. We left the room immediately and called the front desk from my cell since there was no phone in the room. Also the chain to secure the door at night was missing half of the links so it wasn't usable. We were given a different room which smelled better than the first but still had the stained walls.

Only if there are no other options.
The room had patched holes on the walls, a giant spider on the ceiling, carpet was in rough shape, obvious water damage in the shower, stains on the side of the mattress, and a burn hole in the sheet just to name a few things that were not up to my expectations. The AC worked until the heat kicked on, which it then started to smell like urine. The gentleman working there was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

I woke up at 5 am in the morning because my room was flooded. There was a problem with the pipe of the sink (which is in the room) and when guests upstairs turned on the water my room got flooded... nobody was there or could be called to do something or fix it. They say wifi is included, but in fact the connection is so bad that it drops out every few minutes and the internet is so slow that many pages won't even load. Breakfast is not "continental" or whatever, unless continental means Romania shortly after WWII: Coffe so transparent that it doesn't even taste like coffee, very limited choice of not very fresh bread, almost nothing to put on it, milk from a dirty fridge and some old artificially flavored substance supposed to be juice. All in all a terrible place with unfriendly employees (or owners).

The room was filthy with spiders and cobwebs everywhere and wallpaper, or whatever was on the walls, peeling off. There is no sink or mirror in the bathroom. It's in the "living room" along with the hair dryer. Odd. Ice machine is only located in one building, and was unplugged. The continental breakfast was laughable. I would probably not stay here again.

Hey - for the price we paid - we got what we thought we would.We just sleep there - spend the day out on the bike seeing the area. Maid service was excellent too - clean linen every day.
