"The property is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It ends there. First, when we called down to see what the hours were for the pool, the desk clerk advised my wife “the pool isn’t open. I told your husband this at check in”. This didn’t happen. I’m not really sure what even led him to say that. Second, there automated receptionist said there was room service. When we talked to the front desk advised that there wasn’t room service. They should change that automated message. Also, on this topic, it was VERY hard to get ahold of an actual person. Finally, there TV was very inconvenient. If you pressed the up arrow on the remote it would put the tv in a mode that would force you to turn off the tv and turn it back on. Additionally, the Netflix button on the remote should be removed. The desk clerk advised me that the internet service was currently under a repair process. Bottom line: this hotel didn’t supply what was being paid for and their rude desk clerk fell right in line with the vibe that my wife and I felt from this hotel."

"Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still visible on the wall. Just not the most visually appealing for paying almost $200 per night. Also, the room was incredibly humid and the AC couldn’t seem to keep up well."

"First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading. Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food, which was extremely disappointing after a long day of traveling. The sheets and pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel — especially at this price point. For what they charge, the bedding quality felt cheap and uncomfortable, which was honestly insulting considering the nightly rate. To make matters worse, the fridge in the room did not work, so my medication that required refrigeration was not stored at a safe temperature overnight. Because there was no proper dog walking area as advertised, I had to walk my dog on the street, where he ended up getting bitten by another dog. That alone completely ruined the experience for me. Overall, this place felt like one big overpriced catfish. I also asked multiple times to speak with a manager and requested a callback, but nobody ever followed up with me. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again."
