"Tom the host is great. The place was so perfect for us. Well equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay and the beach. The outside spaces are great. The street is a dead end so there is little traffic. It’s located right next to the very nice Cottonwood Creek Park. It’s easy to walk to downtown and the beach by just cutting through the park - a nice walk. "

"Did not use pool. Location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to beach in lovely neighborhood full of chirping birds for lovely morning walk. Would have liked desk & chair in room. Toilet had trouble flushing. Breakfast was minimal but OJ was great and coffee good. Would have liked closet w/ hangers to hang clothes."

"Rooms were incredibly clean, ROOMY, and super comfortable! We wished we had more time to stay longer! We will be back! 5 star "

"The home was very clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels, and bedding. The views were incredible and more than enough space to accommodate two families of 4. Plenty of showers and good water pressure. The location was close to good restaurants and Legoland. It was missing small supplies one would expect when staying in a home like paper or kitchen towels for cleaning up after meals and cooking. Also, the bathrooms were somewhat outdated but functional. All in all, a great home and would stay at again. "

"The property is being redone and looks much better . The water pressure is amazing ! That said if you care about your money don’t stay here . They took my deposit . Saw it come out of my account as I showed the very rude desk girl immediately ( she claimed they didn’t get it but gave us the room anyway ) . As of 2 weeks later according to my bank the hotel still hasn’t released my deposit of $125.00 . And extremely rude when I ask about it "
