"The lobby staff is very friendly. I've been to hotels where they are rude and unhelpful. This is not the case. I had a 2 night stay and the room was immaculate and clean. No bugs and no odor. This place is a hidden gem if you book the newly renovated rooms."

Once we got there, it became clear why, our so-called ocean view was extremely limited and mostly overlooked a park. We returned to the front desk to address the issue, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, we were told that we "did" have an ocean view, despite the obvious discrepancy. We requested either a room change or a partial discount, but neither was offered. There was also no effort to provide any future accommodation or goodwill gesture. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to how the situation was handled."
