"I needed another night’s stay at this hotel. It was deceiving from the outside. The lobby was grande and impressive and calming. Beautiful and tasteful. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were too . Breakfast was not included , but however I believe they do have it available. And the dining area was very nice and inviting also. Warm treats upon check in. Which was great on a cold, gloomy, rainy night. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Convenient location too."

"Our stay here was amazing! We chose the "S" suite and it was absolutely beautiful. My fiance and I only live about 30 minutes away and were looking for a little getaway and we found it. This place is so quiet, you would never know there are other guests there. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We already have our next stay booked! I highly recommend this place!"

"Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working. When I notified the staff, they pretty much told me that they should be and if they aren’t, well then sorry because there’s nothing they could do. The second issue was that our shower was not cleaned. The seat of the shaper had dried conditioner clumps and hair stuck to it. We woke up our second morning to the toilet above us flooding our bathroom floor, covering many of our items in dirty, brown toilet water. When I called, they sent up an engineer who said he’d check the room upstairs, and that was the last we ever heard from him. Close to $1000 of personal property was damaged/contaminated and the hotel could have cared less. They comped one of our two nights for the “inconvenience” but seem more annoyed by my complaint of waste contamination over the hazard itself and the damage to our things. For an Autograph Collection hotel, this is inexcusable. To spend this amount of money to have our property ruined, basic amenities in non-working order, and our room dirty is disgraceful."

"The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed."

"A very disappointing Hampton Inn experience. Bathroom was in rough shape. Curtain rod and shower head ready to fall down. Lack of towel bars. We were with a large group and they had same issues. Breakfast was a challenge. The staff person handling the breakfast let many items run out, including coffee and napkins. She was unfriendly and hid in the kitchen to avoid guests. This occurred all 3 mornings we were there. We did not receive housekeeping(we should have gotten 1 day). We have stayed at other Hampton Inns and that is why we chose this hotel. We regret our decision. There was one young man that worked the front desk who was pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions."
