"We stayed at this property during Spring Break, from March 15th to 19th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better. The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable. They are constantly working to improve the property so it best suits the needs of their guests. Their commitment to taking care of tenants truly stands out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property for future trips. Highly recommended."

"Our stay was great! The house and kitchen were stocked with literally anything you could need to cook, including tons of spices, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the house had a really cozy vibe to it. The only issue we ran into was the lack of WiFi/internet connection. It did not work at all so keep this in mind if you are going to need an internet connection source. We made due with our hot spots but this was not an ideal situation. The host said he would contact his property manager about it but the issue was not resolved during our stay. Overall we had a really nice time staying here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and beautiful home in Red River!"

"Very beautiful area, no cell coverage but WiFi works fine (use the cabin's WiFi, not the rental agency's). Dining table and countertops were not wiped off (crumbs), but otherwise everything was clean. The sofas look like they've had many years of use and are quite dingy. It's a bit dark inside but not overly so. There was a sewer smell outside that was quite unpleasant (really depended on the direction of the wind). I am perhaps nitpicking, since I do feel that I got my money's worth on renting this cabin and would still recommend."
