"The Ac was good and the parking also but the appearance was suck everything in the room was broken, no fridge , no phone in the room, the room door needs to repair everything in this hotel needs repair, even a Motel is way better than what so call this hotel the worst part is theirs was a roach in the room , worst experience ever I will not recommend it neither going back."

"Our room was balcony overlooking pool and ocean!! Gorgeous! Breakfast could have had better selection but ok. Staff was friendly and helpful!! We had a great time! Close to Publix and stores!! "

"Disappointing to say the least… for a $48 daily resort fee and $45 daily parking hotel much more is expected. While hotel looks good in the inside lobby and 4th floor, everything else is poor. Room was extremely small for a double bed, while clean it was very run down for those type of prices. Pool are is very small and not well maintained, pool bar was only open on the weekend and even tho was not busy it took 1 hour to get guac and chips plus two drinks. Staff clearly not well trained ( never saw so many drinks being drop). Website photos of hotel are very deceiving, will definitely not come back , it’s a 5 star hotel pricing with a 3 star hotel amenities and service."

" To be clear about what happened: the AC in our room was broken and never fixed. We waited until past midnight with no resolution. When a room change was finally offered at 1:00 AM, it was simply not a realistic option. We had three young children who were already asleep. Waking them up, gathering all of our belongings, and moving floors in the middle of the night, just hours before a 4:30 AM wake-up for a flight, would have caused more disruption than it solved. No reasonable parent would put their children through that. So we stayed. We spent the night in a hot room, got little to no sleep, and left exhausted for our flight. The fundamental purpose of a hotel room is rest and comfort. That was completely denied to us through no fault of our own. Charging us for a stay where we could not sleep, in a room that was never repaired, while we sat awake watching over our children in the heat, is simply wrong. Promises and kind words are an intangible gesture that do not reflect the real inconvenience, discomfort, and exhaustion my family experienced. We are requesting a full refund for this stay. We trust you will do the right thing and look forward to your prompt response."

"Always very clean, spacious rooms . The bedding and towels are sparkling white ( not off white or yellowish. Air conditioner works well resulting in cool comfort. "
