Air conditioning to each room including Ceiling fans.Downstairs family room with large smart TV. Outdoor settings including BBQ area. Landscaped garden. Eco Recycle and Trash Sulo Bins.

Excellent fishing location. Explore the Prejurassic rocks, swim or walk the beach. Launch your boat off the Emu Bay Ramp. Pelicans at the Ramp. Clean fresh air just a 15 minute drive to Kingscote for shopping.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking utensils. Plenty of space for a large family. Great natural light and spaces for relaxing. Easy walk to beach.
