Il est bien situé et permet d’aller à la plage ou de faire les courses à pied. Un bémol sur le petit équipement de la cuisine (couverts fragiles, pas de ciseaux, pas de râpe à légumes, pas de décapsuleur…) par contre bien équipée en gros électroménager. Appartement bien rénové avec Clim récente dans chaque pièce."
