Perfect space with a great location that is walkable to Emporia State and downtown to shops, restaurants, and bars. Hope to stay here again. This rental also supports an amazing resource for the city.

The unit was clean and decorated really nice that would appeal to most people. Only complaint was, the unit has a window unit air conditioner that worked very well, but was hidden behind the curtains!! We would highly recommend this VRBO!!

Parking easy. Small but nice kitchen. 2 burner stove top, microwave, very clean fridge. Plenty of hot water. Quiet comfortable room. Couch had been replaced with bunk bed looked like full/queen ax on bottom and twin on top. A curtain on ceiling track to divide front and back areas- kitchen/bunks and king bed/tv

Great spot for a game weekend

This spot was great. Easy to get to, and convenient location. Very clean. Only down side was the 2 twin beds in the king frame. Kind of uncomfortable for sharing. We’ll definitely be back though!

sad occasion

I usually stay with my family in Emporia but this time I was there for the funeral for my grandson and my daughter was with me, so we decided to stay elsewhere. I this was a very comfortable place and well located. It fit all of our needs; I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect accommodation for my homecoming weekend visit

I recently stayed at this upscale studio apartment. It was perfect for my weekend stay. The location is convenient to groceries, CVS, and downtown businesses. ESU is right around the corner. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for home-cooked meals as desired. The private entrance at the rear of the property provided the safety and security I require. I highly recommend this property and will book again!

Easy booking. Quick responses to inquiries. Front door was a little tricky to open until called owner (who answered immediately) & he was able to tell me what to do since it may have swollen in the rain. Took a little bit for me to find the window a/c unit, but once I got it going, it was quite comfortable. Bed made for a good sleep & shower was refreshing. Nice place to stay for a night!

Perfect little getaway

We came to Emporia for the Shrine Bowl. The location was perfect for the football game, showcase and the parade downtown. There is a little grocery store right around the block. And a coffee shop just a short walk away. Everything was clean and so cute. We enjoyed this so much. The smart TV was placed between the two bedding areas so we were also able to enjoy two family movie nights. Highly suggest the spot for anyone visiting ESU or the Main Street!

Great Little Apartment

This place is a nice little place to stay in Emporia. It was very clean upon entry and pretty easy to find. I will say parking cam be a bit of an issue during some weekdays due to the office building nearby and the curtains are a bit sheer so bring a mask if you need total darkness until you wake up. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Thanks Matt!

Almost perfect...

Excellent use of space with creative sleeping areas. Really nice remodel of former space. Plenty of extra blankets for those cold KS nights. Cleanliness could have been a bit better (one glass with lipstick, kitchen counter had crumbs and gooey smudges) but linens were fresh and clean. Host communicated well. Wish more VRBO hosts would choose unscented trash bags and zero diffuser/atomizer/plug-in type fragrances. Not everyone can handle those strong odors, especially in a smaller place. Loved the accessibility to downtown!

Great location and easy check in!

We loved our stay at this cute and cozy efficiency apartment in Emporia! It was clean, quiet, and the perfect size for a short stay. The location is very walkable—just a short stroll to downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was super easy, even though we arrived very late, and the host provided clear instructions. Off-street parking right outside the door was a big plus.The space was thoughtfully stocked with essentials (including coffee!), and the adjustable king-sized bed was a comfortable surprise. In addition to the king, there was also a full and twin bunk bed setup, which could easily accommodate a small group or family. While we didn’t spend much time in the room—mainly using it as a place to sleep—it was perfect for our visit.This rental is an excellent value for the price, and everything matched the listing exactly. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Emporia!

This the 2nd year i have stayed here and i love it! its super cute and cozy. i also felt very safe when there was a tornado warning as it is partly underground. the managers were super with their communication when i messaged them. bed comfortable, nice big tv, great little kitchen. i will be going back next year!!!!
