The staff was friendly but the place was filthy. The floor was so gross I kept my shoes on the whole time. The toilet was leaking all across the floor. The bathroom was freezing so we passed on showering. Beds were not comfortable. It was pet friendly and cheap. The staff was friendly. The area looks like it may not be the safest but that’s was just the impression I got from how poorly run down the place was.

From the moment I walked in, Panel (Hostess) did what customer service is all about.. treated me with the upmost professionalism.. normally my reviews are based on cost, however this time, was different. My reservation was listed, took less than 5 minutes to hand me my key cards, and the place was more than I actually expected. New linens, pillows, place smelled like new, no distractions , disturbances and is the perfect reason I’m returning. Thank you knights Inn, you went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for it

The room was spacious, with a king-sized bed, a dresser, desk & chair, recliner, two end tables, and a separate area for the sink&fridge&coffee maker. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower, too.

Oasis in Kansas

It was a perfect place. Cheap, clean, comfortable. Got the best nights sleep in a long time, according to my sleep app. It was quiet. If you are not high maintenance, it is perfect, understanding it is not a high roller club. For the cost, it was a 5-star!

Customer service was excellent. I booked about 15 minutes before I arrived, completely exhaisted from driving all day. I felt welcome, and when I forgot my key card in the room, they gave me a new card, no problem. Later on, I needed a fork, and they happily provided one. I was given a nice, quiet room in the back, and slept like a baby. Would definitely reccomend!

You get what you pay for.

Just the most inexpensive place to stay for a family funeral. In room coffee was ok. Was too late (8:30) for whatever breakfast they had, if they did. Walls were paper thin, listened to my neighbor hack and couch all night. Car doors slamming all night. Heat worked fine. Could have used an extra blanket as mine was paper thin. King room and lots of flat pillows. 2 nice desks but you have to move them to get to power plugs for your devices. Internet was basically unusable, nowhere near todays minimums. You get what you pay for.

First room had used soap bars still in the shower, leaves on the floor and the carpet was horrible! Was asked to be moved, which they did, to a room with bedbugs. Miss P at the front desk was wonderful and I absolutely do not like writing this review but it is what it is. They did refund my total amount which I was grateful for.

We were not at all disappointed with the room but didn’t feel as comfortable as we did our first stay. We have deducted it to being the room set up and the backwards feeling when sleeping. We are hoping to be able to request our first room for every stay from now on.
