Premier Inn in Emirates City

"We needed to catch an eight am flight which meant we needed to get to the airport by 6am. Staff told us to take the train that it was quicker. Google said it was 25 min drive by uber. Turned out the mall was closed so couldn’t get to metro train. There was no shuttle we spent 15 trying to find exterior entrance to metro. Couldn’t find it. Uber only took ten min to get to airport. "

"This hotel is beautiful and located in good area . Clean , close to metro and warm. I love the way how staff work so professionally and be so kind . All the restaurants are so nice and also the best things about this hotel is the management they are always there to hear your story and your need . . "

"As I have stayed I many hotels, I have found Al Bandar’s breakfast very outdated. Their omelette station was tasteless. Some of the foods were very bland to taste and I was not fully satisfied with their current breakfast menu."

"We booked the hotel due to the proximity to the airport and we had an early 6:15am departure. We had booked the hotel at 8pm and arrived at 11pm only to be advised there was no running water in the room due to the water system being cleaned. They new this at the time of booking but still accepted our reservation. We then had to find another hotel nearby."
