"I was delighted with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations as it’s more upscale than I anticipated, based on the pictures I’ve seen before I booked. In addition, I wasn’t aware that they have their own winery and their vineyard is located elsewhere. In fact we tasted their Malbec and Sémillon blend during their nightly wine hour and it was nice. Another thing I didn’t know until I got there is that it is a gated property and it’s in a residential area. But the town center is within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby. Tip: when you first arrive have your taxi drive up to the end of the driveway to facilitate baggage drop off. The staff is super warm, friendly and helpful. Before our trip I wanted to rent bikes and go to a winery I had in mind to have a picnic. But the hotel informed me that the route to that winery was not safe and offered a couple of suggestions instead. When I liked one of them but had an issue making a lunch reservation online, they made it for us. That winery turned out to be another delight and the bike ride was stress-free as there are dedicated bike lanes and it provided beautiful views of the Andes. During our stay we also booked in-room massages which were well priced. Breakfast was extraordinary. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This property was the absolutely horrible and not livable. We stayed for 1 hour and requested a refund. Had to rent a new place and in the end never got a full refund. I am extremely disappointed with the property managers and VRBO. This place should not be rentable. See some of the issues I noted.(I have pictures of all of this as well)-We could not even walk without our socks as our feet became black.-We moved the coffee machine(that didn’t even seem like it worked) and it was stuck to the counter, obviously not cleaned properly.-Near the washing machine, in behind the hot water tank, in the kitchen there was a dirty yellow rag that must have been there for months.-There was a dirty orange glove left on the laundry sink, again obviously no one had cleaned this property.-The mop was left in the kitchen and was extremely dirty.-The Asado grill was full of bird feces, we are expected to cook on this.-There was an old bathmat in one of the closets, that looked like it had been there for months. Full or dust and smelt bad.-Kitchen counter corners and floor corners in the house looked like they hadn’t been moped and cleaned in months.-The fridge was dirty and moldy, again was obviously not cleaned in a while.-The drying rack was full of rust, how are we supposed to do laundry and hang clean clothes on this."

"Look no further, this is the hotel to book! Want to walk out of your room, past the pool, and through the vineyard to get to the restaurant you’ll want to eat at every night? You can do that here. Tomás and Augustine were very accommodating and took the restaurant to the next level. There were multiple activities you could book to meet other travelers (cooking classes and dinner parties). The breakfast was made to order. The location was great, but the hotel was quiet and tucked away from town. Can’t say enough about this place. Will recommend to anyone going to Mendoza, and we will be back!"

"The arrival and exit was all of a virtual nature with clear directions and instructions. The aparthotel was superb, with plenty of space for two to spread out. To stay within a vineyard is a treat by itself, let alone the fact you have an excellent restaurant 50 yards away and numerous amenities in the area, including world-class wineries, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. "
