Welcome to Paradise Valley! The Juniper House (@JuniperHouseMT) is located in Emigrant, Montana — just under 30 minutes from Yellowstone National Park.

This 2-bedroom/1.5 bath tiny home features stunning views of the Absaroka Range. Sit back and take in the breathtaking beauty of the valley portrayed in the Yellowstone TV series.

The Juniper House is close to The Old Saloon (7 miles), Sage Lodge (9 miles), Chico Hot Springs (10 miles), and Yellowstone National Park (30 miles).

The Juniper House has 2 nearly identical bedrooms with Queen beds separated by an open-floor plan living area, dining space, and kitchen.

HOME FEATURES: Tiny home with floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed Absaroka mountain views

KITCHEN: Reverse Osmosis water system, cooking basics, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, dishware, flatware, toaster, pots & pans, baking sheets, and more

ACCESS: Small steps (2) to get into the one-level home

The home is accessed off of a HOA-maintained gravel road (1.7 miles) and down a short gravel driveway.

Our quiet neighborhood has well-maintained dirt roads great for walking, running, or biking.

Guests have access to the entire home and 3 acres of native grasses.

Ample parking is available on the gravel driveway.

If you are visiting in the winter months (which in Montana, can mean from early October to early June), a 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Our friends @ Hatch Adventures in Bozeman have extended a discount code for our guests!

We are just an hour away in Bozeman - we are available by message and can be available in person if needed.

We are exactly halfway between Livingston and Gardiner, Montana.

🐾 No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted at this property. Service animals are always welcome, in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable laws. If you are traveling with a service animal, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance.

If an unauthorized pet is reported or found on the premises, a $250 violation fee will be charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Additional cleaning fees or damage charges may apply after inspection.

Bringing an unauthorized pet is a violation of our house rules and may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

🚭 No Smoking on the Property
Smoking (cigarettes + cigars + marijuana) is not allowed inside the home or within 25 feet of the property. A $250 fee will be charged if smoke, odor, cigarette butts, ash, or other evidence of smoking is found. This policy helps us maintain a clean, allergy-safe environment for all guests.

🎇 No Fireworks
Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited. We are located in a high fire-risk zone, and fireworks are often banned by local fire authorities, especially during wildfire season. Violation of this rule poses serious safety concerns and may result in a $500 fine, and immediate removal from the property without refund.

🚫 Drone Policy
We kindly ask that no drones be flown through our neighborhood during your stay. If you do choose to fly one, please keep it directly above our home and within our property line only. Drones can cause noise disturbances and raise privacy concerns for our neighbors, so we ask that you please be respectful of the community.

This property was absolutely fantastic. The host was exceptional. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect to enjoy bars/hot springs but also so quiet with the best view .
