"The logisitic on our arrival ( taxi/boat/tuk tuk) was so well organised. As we arrived late, they offered us to order food, and complete the whole check in the following day so we could rest. Everyone at the front desk (especially Mass) was a pleasure to interact with—friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond by thoughtfully decorating our space to celebrate both our birthday and anniversary, which meant a lot to us. We also appreciated the complimentary pier pick-up and drop-off service, as well as the convenient water refill stations—small touches that made a big difference. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. "
