Ride the elevator up to watch the waves crash from this 3 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo. This fully updated condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers large flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with built in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, grocery store and walking/bike path. Location, location, location! Unit also includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. Community is gated with key card access and front door access is via a smart lock with a unique code for east guest’s stay. Front door also includes a Ring doorbell with outside camera in case of an accidental lockout.

Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again.

Our stay was great! Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and just like the pictures. The owner is very helpful. He texted me in the morning before we checked in with instructions, directions, and codes for the unit. All were very clear and helpful. He even suggested some local restaurants. We didn't have a reason to contact the owner but it was nice knowing he was available. Hope to be back soon.

EI Condo with Beach/Ocean Views - Beautiful

Amazing stay in Emerald Isle

Condo at Emerald Island

Great views in an end unit, with lots of windows and close to the beach. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and open family room, dining room, and kitchen. Pool on site was also a plus and used it daily after a hot day on the beach.

Wonderful getaway

Beach was beautiful, and the place was very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The week we were there, it rained. On checkout day it was sunny, and the owner allowed us a late checkout. I would recommend this place,

Would stay here again and again!

It was our first time to Emerald Isle and we loved every minute. The location of the condo is perfect! Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and updated. Our entire family agreed that we would stay here again!! It was so nice to not have to pack towels, sheets, etc. Thank you so much!

Great location

Pros: fantastic views; easy beach access, close to grocery, restaurants and shopping; beautifully decorated, washer and dryer, elevator. Cons: kitchen is tiny; stairs (if you don't want to use the elevator) are dark and dirty; the blankets were stained. Overall we are happy and would rent this property again.

New Years Eve in Emerald Isle

It was a great little property with a view of the sunrises and sunsets. There is another building across from this one between it and the beach. If you are looking for unobstructed views of the beach, this one is probably not for you. Owner was great with responding and communication. Lots of places to walk to for food and shops.

Quick stay for a weekend wedding. Used Craig’s place back in the fall. Reached out for this trip & he was very accommodating. Great location. Easy process. He even messaged to let me know we could check in earlier than expected. Good communication. I will continue to repeat business with him for future trips.

Great Place for Couple or Small Group

The central location to restaurants and shopping are great. The views from almost all windows are also exceptional. Easy beach access is also a huge plus. The only minor drawbacks were the sheets which felt like sandpaper and having to stop somewhere to pick up and drop off the keys. It could be that there isn't a better way to provide access to a gated complex - it's just slightly inconvenient. Having said that, the key pick up and drop off were on the way into the island and only added a minute or two to the process.

Almost Heaven

Everything about this property was great. Check-in was easy, location was perfect, and the views from the condo were amazing. The space was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all of our cooking necessities. We loved the convenience of shopping and restaurants just across the street. The beach was also just a few steps away. Check out the beach access steps before heading to the beach. The steps could be quite steep for older people. We hope to return to Emerald Isle and stay at "Almost Heaven" again. Craig is a wonderful host. The views are stunning.

Beautiful

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and will not be the last! The condo was beautiful and clean. Since it was our first time I had a lot of questions. Craig answered everyone promptly and offered recommendations. We got there a little early and he was kind enough to let us in a little earlier. We had plenty of space in the unit. It was all quiet which was nice since we traveled with little ones!

Almost Heaven - Emerald Isle

Condo was clean & comfortable. Tastefully decorated with a very pleasant palate. We were able to relax & rest when taking a break at the condo. Ocean views were much appreciated. Walk to beach is right there. Gated community- located near everything. There is a nice grocery store just across the main road. Abundance of restaurants and a short ride to all the surrounding area attractions ie downtown Swansboro, Tideland National Rec Trail, etc. Our first time to area and this was a very good find. Our next trip to the Emerald Isle, I will try to secure this property. Nice stay & I highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

Excellent property. Gated community with roving security. Two easy access points to beach with boardwalk and spray-off site at sidewalks. Excellent sized swimming pool with bathhouse that was very clean. Condo is near elevator and stairwell. Very clean and well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable stay. Nice sized rooms, dining table perfect for family games. Excellent relaxing views! Good location in town for short travels to local sites and restaurants, such as the Fish Hut. The towns Emerald Isle Woods Park has a fun 9-hole disc golf course. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are short travels. Craig is an excellent host who cares about guests having an enjoyable stay.

Great vacation spot

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner was great to work with - proactive and responsive. The management company was available and helpful. There are beautiful views of the beach in both directions from the condo, though there is another condo building in front of this one that blocks a full unobstructed view. Having an elevator was great. It might be important to some to know that the staircase to access the beach does have quite a few steps. The beach access was otherwise great with lots of available space and quick access back to the condo. Great value overall. Close access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

New Tradition

The host was easy to communicate with and helpful dealing with various arrival times. The view for not being oceanfront was generous. Just enough shops for those who must shop. The grocery and liquor stores convenient. The linens were missing for the Master Suite and after calling the office they were delivered within 2 hours. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loads of dishes and I can't think of any cooking utensil it didn't have. We prepared an entire traditional Thanksgiving meal in it. I came prepared with potato peelers, large pot, colander, measuring spoons, etc. One bed was missing linens. I called the management office and explained the situation and they were delivered within 2 hours And it was THANKSGIVING.

Craig was a great host. He was very responsive. The amenities were excellent. The view and proximity to the ocean was better than expected.
