Swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, charcoal park-style grills, outside showers, two EV charging stations (call office for details), turtle friendly outdoor lighting. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are direct oceanfront peg lots. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back oceanfront peg lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

    Pier Pointe 4 A-1 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cond with King in 1st bedroom and Queen in 2nd bedroom * Double Murphy bed (living area). Island Club linen service with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs with YouTube TV and Netflix, wireless Internet access. Covered oceanfront deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or your favorite beverage.
