Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goal, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevator also located in building A. This home features 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Living area has a 42" flat screen TV with upgraded Surround Sound, a covered deck with ocean views.
