Best motel we've stayed in for a while

We checked in over Easter weekend ,reception was closed but there was a number to call so we checked in by phone. Everything was great and really nice

The good service from reception, room quality and walking distance to town, shops and botanic garden area, away enough from main road and an on site restaurant mean this place has everything for a great stay!

Oasis in Emerlad

Had a great stay and value for money. Rooms were very neat and tidy with modern feel. Restaurant food, fantastic and not overpriced. The only downside was the toilet wasnt cleaned properly on the outside and if your staying in the rooms adjacent the main road there is a bit of traffic noise though this drops off as the night progresses and recomences in about 5am. Great place will stay again. over

Fair place to stay, needs some extra work.

We had too clean our units upon entry...woke up to no hot water, but the staff provided up to date information on what was happening...plus they opened a room for us to shower in two hours later. The sofa bed had springs coming out of the mattress, glad we didn't pay full price.

Terrible - under new management

Previously stayed approx. 6 times and always been impressed. Rooms are now filthy, toilets looks as though hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks, I had to change rooms it was so bad, it just feels dirty. Won't be back.
